Q.  What is inertia?
Ans. It says that a body tries to remain or continues in its state of motion or rest until and unless an external force is applied to stop it or move it.
And that force should be equal or more than that of the force exerted by the object.

So basically inertia has a major role in human life.
Like while you are in a bus inertia plays a major role.
Even if in sports too inertia has its role to be played.
In the turnings while you drive a car.
etc....

So now, lets talk about how to lead a smarter lifestyle

My thinking on this behalf is very bold that is to be smart the main thing you need to strengthen the power of your activeness. The more are you active the more you are smart. 

But still how to be active every time? Like in the mid day or at night, after a huge labour you might feel like drowsing. So what can you do for it? 
'EXERCISE' the one and only solution for all your problems related to smartness.
So the more you exercise, the more you are active and hence leads to your smartness.
